What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday – #185

Hello Everyone!

Holiday cards for the teachers.

Today’s post is going to be brief as I am preparing for my vacation with my family. We are going to Florida to be with family and cousins. So I am finalizing my suitcase which I am so desperately trying not to go over the 50 pound weight limit.

Apollo even wrote his teacher’s name on the card.

On my desk, I whipped up a few cards for my boys’ teachers.  Apollo even wrote his teacher’s name on the front of the card.  And yes, that is washi tape I used on some of the cards.   I think my hoarding days of washi tape just might be over.

His handwriting is so cute.

On Friday of last week an is an unspeakable tragedy left a deep whole in our hearts. An elementary school in  Newton, Connecticut a gunman took the lives of  20 children and 6 adults. We received notice in our boys’ backpacks that our school will be asking for donation of teddy bears to meet a goal of 700 that will be shipped on Saturday to the children from Newton.  So these two cute little teddy bears will be for each of my boys to donate to the children. My prayers go out to the families.

Teddy bears the boys are donating.

If you haven’t learned about this amazing creative journey you can take every Wednesday, then head on over to Julia’s Stamping Ground and you will find desks from all around the world for What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Have a safe holiday and I will be back in the new year!

Have a blessed day!

Belinda

Apollo is an absolute doll! Great job on writing his teacher’s name. Oh bless those families in Newtown. The teddy bears are very sweet and I’m sure they will make two little people very happy.

Thanks for visiting me already!!! I hope you and your family have a wonderful Christmas (in warm Florida). Lucky you!!!
