It’s Wednesday again. How does that happen? I mean really, I feel like I was just rushing to post last week’s post and here we are again snooping around for more creative goodness. Well speaking of creative goodness, I have been in a creative slump. My mojo is on vacation and I haven’t been able to create like I want to. So I remember reading something about doing something different creatively and it will help jump start the magic. So I bought this origami suncatcher kit on the bargain table at Barnes and Noble and I have to say, it was a lot of fun.
I started with the basic shape to see if I could do it.
Cutting should have been easier than it was. I manage to screw up a few but it worked out fine.
It’s getting really fun.
I have to say the directions were very straight forward because I am not one for accurately following directions.
They look so cute in the window I have to make more. If you have never tried it before, this was a very basic kit and such fun. Just what I needed to get my mojo on. So I hope to have more fun stuff to share with you next week.
Well I better get going so that I can start spanning the globe looking at other desks. If you haven’t learned about this amazing creative journey you can take every Wednesday, then head on over to Julia’s Stamping Ground and you will find desks from all around the world for What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday.
Have a blessed day!
Belinda
How lovely! If only we had some sun here to catch! It was here on Monday but it’s gone again. Gotta love English summers

Hi Belinda – Thanks for popping in to see me. I have to say that if you can follow origami instructions you will have no problem with my Treasure Chest! I tried my hand at tea bag folding and spent ages trying to figure out what I was supposed to do. Fab job of the sun catchers. WOYWW Hugs from Helen 89
hello there my name sake. Lovely window idea. I might just do something like that with the kids in the next few days as it is our Winter school holidays. I am always looking for something crafty to do with them that I will enjoy too.
Hi Belinda! Those Suncatchers look fun and so pretty in your window! I hope it helped to kickstart your mojo again! If not, you still got some pretty decorations 🙂
I missed WOYWW but hope to be in again next week. Happy WOYWW to you!!
