Hello! It’s Wednesday…wow this week is going by fast. It’s vacation week for the boys and we have been spending time with family and also doing day trips. Today we had appointments and a few errands to tackle before I could pull out my markers and play.
I pulled out this garden beauty from Saturated Canary. I don’t know if it’s the strange weather we are having that is making me think about spring or what but I printed her out and started coloring.
I typically start with the skin and hair when I color. I love the curly hair on this image but I haven’t quite mastered coloring it up. More practice will give me more opportunities to play around with color and techniques.
I wanted to complete the card today but I have dinner to make and then quality time with Leao and the boys so tomorrow I will finish up the coloring and make a card.
