What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday – #181

Hello Everyone!

Today’s post will be short and sweet (ok, I can at least guarantee the short part!)  Tomorrow we are off to my in-laws for the Thanksgiving Holiday.  I am not one for enjoying the packing and unpacking process so I am a little grumpy right now.

Well the mess is back!

So let me tell you what you are looking at since last week’s clean desk is a distant  memory.  I decided that I did not have enough time to make my usual enormous batch of handmade Christmas cards.  So our family sat for a holiday photo session and what you are seeing the cards on the right.  On the left there is smaller wallets that came with the package so I thought I can make some quick cards if I run out of the cards I ordered.  I am also going to use my new snowflake Die-namics to cut out snowflakes to seal the envelopes.

In the middle of my desk you can see my latest sale getting ready for shipping. Underneath that is list of images of one of my Cricut cartridges. I was looking at it for things I could use for Valentine’s Day cards.  In the back right corner are some tags I cut out with my cuttlebug. They are going to be Kwanzaa tags.  Lots of other things poking out in the baskets – stamps and dies.

Well I need to go but I do promise to do better visiting desks this week.

If you haven’t learned about this amazing creative journey you can take every Wednesday, then head on over to Julia’s Stamping Ground and you will find desks from all around the world for What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday.

Have a blessed day!

Belinda

  3. Happy WOYWW. Have a fabulous Thanksgiving. We, in the UK, do not really understand what is involved, but I think there is food and fun so it must be good?! Did you mention Valentines?! Far too early for that. Ali x #19

  4. Well, I’d rather pack than prepare to be the hostess! am sure you’ll get over the grumps as soon as the job is done! I think the photo cards is a lovely idea, they’ll be really treasured……if you haven’t time for Christmas cards, maybe that’s cause you’re making valentines already?!!!

  5. What a good idea using the photo session to do your Christmas cards. Hope you have a happy thanksgiving visit and don’t get too hung up with the packing we all only use a third of what we ever take away with us. !

  6. Hi Belinda, happy Thanksgiving, and don’t sweat the small stuff, Just give thanks that the family is there to visit and enjoy it. I really wish that my family was close enough for me to go and visit them. I am spending today alone. Love the idea of the photo Christmas cards. #82
