Hello Everyone!
I hope you are all well. I hope to visit more desks this week since my friend who was visiting left yesterday. So very sad. We only see each other once a year.
This week I am playing mad catch up on Project Life(PL). I thought it best to start with this past week and then work my way back since all the memories are fresh.
On the left is the PL album. Lot’s of beach fun. Beach pictures always make me smile so this was a lot of fun to work on. Up top is my favorite Starbucks cup (only filled with water today). On the top right are some of my fall stamps I pulled out in preparation for making some cards. There is one image I colored up last year that I need to make into a card. The cute little brads are buttons and I have had them for over 7 years. But guess what? I am proud to say I just used them again. I also have a rubber stamp from Saturated Canary that I finished cuting out waiting to be mounted on foam so I can use it. Some Spellbinders I intend on using to make some windows on cards.
I just found this template in the Silhouette store under bundles. It is a waterfall template for Project Life. Helps me squeeze in more photos.
So I set to work to cut and assemble one.
I intend on making more of these for future PL layouts. It’s easy to assemble once you make it once.
I chose pictures of my best friend and I at the beach. I thought that I made the right choice since they are printed very small so no harm done to our egos (I think…).
I will write some journaling to put on the top flap.
Well I kept you long enough. Thank you for visiting. I am off to snoop on your desks!
If you haven’t learned about this amazing creative journey you can take every Wednesday, then head on over to Julia’s Stamping Ground and you will find desks from all around the world for What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday.
Have a blessed day!
I like how your Project Life book is coming along. happy crafting #2
I just learned about PL this year from a new internet friend. This seems like the way to go if you are a scrapbooker. Lovely cascade/waterfall. Great effect, too.
Happy WOYWW from #1.
I love that waterfall feature – what a great idea! I saw some lovely friends who I see all too rarely yesterday and it’s so sad saying Goodbye, I know; but aren’t we blessed to have their continuing friendship? Julie Ann xx #39
Julie, I agree with you totally. I am always thinking how she and I met in college and became friends. Out of all those people we hit it off well and we have been friends since. Truly a blessing that I don’t take for granted.
I like it I love it and I need to something on that same level. I love the flip sheet that is cool.

Your project life album is growing and looks fantastic, especially love hearing about the old stash finally getting used, I have some of that stuff here too. Especially love the waterfall effect in the book.

I love beach photos, they always cheer me up on a wet, miserable day. Great use of the waterfall. Hugs. Pam#33
Sorry you had to say goodbye to your friend until next year! But the memories will be with you all the time. Great project life layouts. I love the colors and clean look you achieved. Enjoy the day! Winnie#85
Hi Belinda! So glad you are at the desk party today, and I love seeing your PL stuff. The waterfall layout looks great. I always think I need to start one of those PL’s, it looks like a lot of fun and essentially easy, yet impressive. Thanks for your sweet visit. I have to say, once I got out my paint chip cards, I just wanted to keep making things with them! Happy WOYWW! Sandy Leigh #117
Your project life album is great – I bought an album but have to take the time out to work out how to get my photos to the correct size before I can get started ! Always so many projects in my head & so little time ! Ali x #49
