What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday – #241

Happy New Year Everyone! I can’t believe it has been a month since I have checked in with my WOYWW peeps.  I can’t wait so see what you all are up to.

Well I will tell you what I am up to. I have stuff all over my desk. One big creative heap of goodness. On the right I found cut files for Totoro one of Apollo’s favorite characters from the movie, “My Neighbor Totoro” by the amazing Japanese animator/director. So when he came home we glued him together.

On the left I am working on coloring some digis for some Valentine’s day cards.  I also have been working on journaling for my Project Life. I found worksheets online that I print out and write notes in each day.

Oh and that red and white twine…got it in the dollar bin at Target.  I just love a bargain. The rest is just punches, adhesive and other items I have neglected to put away.

Well enough about my desk, I am off to come see your desks.

If you haven’t learned about this amazing creative journey you can take every Wednesday, then head on over to Julia’s Stamping Ground and you will find desks from all around the world for What’s on Your Workdesk Wednesday.

I hope you all have a blessed day.

  1. Aw, Apollo looks happy with his make – what a good Mummy you are! Looks like you’ve found time to do some detailed colouring too, and on top of PL notes – you’re creatively busy!

  2. Your Son is so cute!! The paper creature is very sweet and your desk doesn’t look to messy! Thanks for sharing and Thanks for stopping by ! Have a great week, Ginny #71

Hi Belinda! Thank you for visiting my space earlier! I will answer your question. That wooden storage that I keep my Copics in is a spice rack that I purchased at a garage sale for $2.00. spice jars included. One WOYWW, I asked everyone how I should use it. I thought maybe I was going to put items in the jars and hang it on the wall. Several said put my markers in it! So, that is what I did. I would never had thought of that. I think now everyone recognizes my space because of it. 🙂 WOYWW is a great place to meet other crafters and get great ideas! 🙂 #71

  4. I can’t believe I missed this post. I was going through my inbox cleaning stuff up and I found it. So glad I did – that kitty is adorable. Where did you find the PL journaling pages – I think that is a most awesome idea. It would be much easier than trying to remember back while I’m putting the pages together.
    Have a great day.

    • Hi April I thought I would answer your question in both locations (our blogs). The form I use is great. It only cost 99cents. You can find it here:

I printed out 4 at a time to cover the month. I sit it on my desk and each day I fill in journaling for that day. I didn’t use the mini 2-page layout on the top of the sheet for week one but I did for week two. I think it is helping me stay motivated too. I hope it works for you let me know.

  5. Cute son and a very busy and creative desk.
